About
Meet Kyle and Jenny.
We started hosting in 2019 with a home in Joshua Tree, then added one at Sea Ranch in 2022. Together they became The Wild Kindness.
After six years as owner-operators, we started Gather Stays to host homes for other owners, beginning in Sonoma County. The goal is the one we set for our own homes: more revenue for the owner, better stays for guests, and a home you still love to use.

How is pricing structured?
It depends on your home and the services you choose. We walk you through it on your consultation call.
I already host my home. Can you help with just part of it?
Yes. Our à la carte services cover specific needs, from licensing and listing setup to photography, smart locks and supply systems.
Do you only work in Sonoma County?
Most of the homes we host are in Sonoma County. We also work in Napa, Lake Tahoe and Joshua Tree.
Do I need a permit to rent my home?
Many cities and counties require a short-term rental permit. Licensing and permit support is one of our à la carte services.
